I am Giulia Venanzi, freelance photographer since 2013. The innate passion for literature, symmetry, harmony, colours, simplicity and my strong care for details have led me to take a path towards professional photography. After graduating in Modern Literature I continued my studies at IED, Istituto Europeo di Design, in Rome – where, years later, I had the privilege to teach too – and at the School of Visual Art in New York. I mastered my skills attending several workshops organized by artists whom I look up to, such as Claudio Palmisano and Lorenzo Vitturi. I mainly work in Interior Design Photography and Real estate photography for companies and websites, alongside interior designers and art directors, both in Italy and abroad. I usually travel light: I prefer a realistic photography with natural lights, to capture every set or subject’s true essence. I have won international awards and I have published my works on magazines such as Grey Magazine, Domus, Gambero Rosso, Wallpaper, Elle Decor, AD Architectural Digest.
